Broccoli Salad

1 head of broccoli, cut up
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 med. red onion chopped fine
3/4 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. raisins
3/4 C. freshly sliced mushrooms

Dressing

Blend: 
1 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. cider vinegar

Add dressing a little at a time as you toss the salad, making sure to get just the right amount to taste, and then refrigerate for up to an hour.
