1 C. carmelized pecans

1/8 - 1/4 C. bleu cheese (to taste)

Citrus Dressing

3/4 C. orange juice concentrate

1/4 C. vinegar

3/4 C. olive oil

3/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp tarragon

2 tsp. sugar
