Chinese Green Onion Flat Bread


Mix 1 Cup very hot (boiling) water into 3 Cups of flour (2 C. all-purpose and 1 C. cake flour works best but 3 C. all purpose will work) mix quickly and add 1/3 cup cool (tap) water. Mix well, into a smooth elastic dough. 
Separate dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a circle about 8" in diameter

Spread each piece with butter and then sprinkle evenly with kosher salt
Sprinkly with finely chopped green onion or chives or a mixture of onion and chives

Roll each piece up as if for cinnamon roll

After rolling up, make into coil, like play dough snake

When you have finished rolling and coiling all 6 pieces.....
