Steak and Veggie lunch

1 top sirloin beef steak  (marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, thyme)

Approx 3 cups chopped broccoli
1 pound small red potatoes  chopped into large wedges

1 red pepper chopped
2 green onions  chopped

Dressing
1/4 C olive oil
2-3 T. apple cider vinegar
2 pressed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1/4- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
salt to taste

Grill steak and slice into thin strips.  Put chopped potatoes and chopped broccoli on a cookie sheet.  Toss with olive oil and salt, then roast at 425 for approximately 18 min. 
Make dressing then combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Serve either hot or cold.
