4 portions of Salmon (like the Salmon that comes in individually frozen sections from Costco)
Make a rub for the salmon with:
1 tsp salt (Himalayan pink salt)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp onion powder or 1 tsp ground food storage onion
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
Rub all over Salmon and allow to marinate while you prepare the salsa or longer
Avocado Salsa
2 cubed avocados
1/4 C. finely chopped red onion
the juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon
1-2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 chopped tomato (garden tomato best, remove skin)
Grill or Pan Fry the Salmon.
