Brenda's Overnight Egg Breakfast


 10 Eggs

1/2 C. flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 C. butter (2 T.)

2 C. cottage cheese (small curd)

2 C. Jack cheese

2 C. cheddar cheese

1 4 oz can green chiles (optional)

1/2 pound meats

Combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and melted butter in a bowl.  Mix rest of ingredients and pour egg mixture over, stir mix lightly.

Butter 9 x 13 pan. Pour in ingredients: cover over night.

Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes uncovered.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes uncovered
